The Baltimore Ravens defeated their Week 2 opponent, the Houston Texans, by a score of 33-16. Baltimore covered the -7.5 closing consensus point spread, but the game fell under the consensus over/under with the combined 49 points falling under the closing line of 49.5.

Betting Impact:

The Baltimore Ravens dominated the Houston Texans for the majority of the contest, flying past their team total. The Texans predictably struggled against the Ravens cornerback trio, but still managed 275 passing yards with one passing touchdown and one interception. Baltimore will get the Kansas City Chiefs on Monday Night Football in Week 3, in a battle of Super Bowl favorites. Houston will get the Pittsburgh Steelers and their game-changing defense.
