Per Adam Schefter on Twitter, Las Vegas Raiders running back Josh Jacobs has been ruled out of the team's Week 13 matchup against the New York Jets. (Adam Schefter)

Betting Impact:

The Raiders are still -8.5 point road favorites over the Jets, per BettingPros consensus odds. The line did not change after Jacobs' news, and the spread is bigger than the -7.5 points where it opened earlier in the week. Thus, either oddsmakers already factored in the likelihood of Jacobs missing the game in the opening line or bettors are confident in backup Devontae Booker to carry the load. In addition to Jacobs, safety Johnathan Abram, the team's leading tackler, also was ruled out.
