Kansas City Chiefs running back LeSean McCoy is inactive for the AFC Championship game versus the Tennessee Titans due to an illness. (NFL.com)

Betting Impact:

McCoy is a surprise inactive with an illness, but he was reduced to a bit role with Damien Williams playing well down the stretch. Darwin Thompson will function as the Chiefs number two back. The Chiefs cut Spencer Ware after the rest of their backfield got healthy, and Darrell Williams is on injured reserve, so the Chiefs will have just two active running backs. If an injury strikes, the Chiefs could end up having to turn to wide receiver Demarcus Robinson in the backfield.
