Cleveland Browns edge rusher Jadeveon Clowney is questionable for Week 1's contest against the Chiefs due to an illness.

Betting Impact:

Clowney was a DNP on both Wednesday and Thursday before returning to a limited practice on Friday. The return to practice on Friday is a good sign for his potential availability, but the missed practices still leave a reason for concern. Signed to form a deadly pass rush combo with superstar defensive end Myles Garrett, Clowney will be key to the Browns' designs of slowing down Patrick Mahomes and the Chiefs' high-octane offense. This is a situation to monitor. The illness was not COVID-related.
