Dallas Cowboys defensive end DeMarcus Lawrence suffered a broken foot in team practice on Wednesday, and he will miss 6-8 weeks, starting with this week's matchup against the Los Angeles Chargers. (Todd Archer)

Betting Impact:

Lawrence was one of the only Cowboys defensive linemen to get pressure on Buccaneers quarterback Tom Brady last week. He recorded six tackles, two quarterback pressures and a forced fumble. The two-time Pro Bowler has 45.5 career sacks. Lawrence's injury, as well as the potential absence of their second-best pass rusher, Randy Gregory, are likely reasons why this spread went from Chargers -2.5 earlier in the week to where it currently sits at -3.5 (odds courtesy of BettingPros consensus).
