49ers-Packers over/under skyrockets from 45 to 46.5

In an instant, the 49ers-Packers over/under made a big leap, jumping from an opening line of 45 to 46.5.

Betting Impact:

After being stagnant for the first few days, the line suddenly jolted up 1.5 points. This must be a direct result of respected sharp money, and some lopsided public money as well loving the under. The move is not that far fetched, given that these two teams combined for 45 points in Week 12. That was also a game where the Packers offense could not do anything, and Aaron Rodgers had his second-lowest passing yards total of the season. Bettors must be figuring that Rodgers and the Packers offense is too good to be completely shut down twice in a row by the same opponent. It will be interesting to monitor if this is the highest the over/under will reach, or does money keep coming in on the over.
