The 49ers pounded the Packers 37-20 in the NFC Championship game. After leading 27-0 at halftime, the second half was merely a formality. San Francisco was content to let the Packers consume game clock on long scoring drives, while relying on the legs of Raheem Mostert to secure the victory.

Betting Impact:

After two 17-point dominating playoff victories, the 49ers' consolation prize is to be 1.5 point underdogs in Super Bowl LIV. They are clearly the least aesthetically pleasing team of the two in the Super Bowl, as the Kansas City Chiefs averaged 43 PPG in their two playoff victories. As a result of the Chiefs' two big games, the over/under for the Super Bowl was set high at 52.5.
